Constable and Cadet Application Checklist

Your application package must contain these documents in the order listed. Scan all of your documents as one PDF file and attach it when prompted to do so, during your online application on our web site.

1) Completed London Police Application, Waiver & Voluntary Survey

2) Cover Letter and Resume including your employment, education and volunteer involvement.

3) Copies of all transcripts and diplomas for high school and post-secondary school.

4) A character reference letter from someone who knows you well. This should be a person who can speak about your honesty and integrity. The best reference is a long term best friend.

5) Copy of a current OACP Certificate. Please Include fitness logs, vision/hearing and OACP waiver.

6) A copy of standard first aid and CPR (level C) certificate

7) Copy of driver’s licence and birth certificate. All numbers must be legible from a computer screen. If you are born outside of Canada, submit Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident documentation. These documents must show your date of birth.
